Service and maintenance

To meet technical requirements and customer wishes, all technicians have been specifically trained in the field of facade maintenance installations. The basic principles are at least VOL-VCA, an appointment in accordance with NEN 3140 and supplemented with years of on-the-job training in the in-house service organization according to a recorded training plan.

Service and maintenance

The majority of the service consists of preventive maintenance. This extends the lifespan of the installation, the risk of malfunctions is minimized and safe use is optimized.
AESA Netherlands has developed a maintenance concept for this purpose based on a detailed risk analysis. All required maintenance tasks have been mapped out, with the aim of guaranteeing safe and reliable installations, with an optimal lifespan and failure prevention.

Depending on the type of installation and location, these maintenance tasks are divided over several visits per year for the following reasons:

  • With multiple inspections per year, the safety situation is checked more often (adjustment, limit switches, damage, etc.). In practice, malfunctions and damage regularly appear to be caused by users, whether or not because the user has not received sufficient instructions.
  • With multiple visits, the work can be tailored to seasonal influences and weather conditions (lubrication, conservation, adjustment, etc.) and timely intervention can better guarantee a long lifespan of the installation.
  • The number of malfunctions is lower with multiple checks than with one visit per year.

The maintenance concept is regularly adjusted based on, among other things, failure analysis

In addition, AESA Netherlands can organize the inspection process for you. The facade maintenance installations must be inspected periodically. We offer you the option of outsourcing the inspections and associated assistance to AESA Netherlands. We take care of the planning, implementation and administrative handling for you.
